Returns & exchanges
Should an item arrive damaged, we would be happy to provide a free replacement (if applicable) or refund your payment. You must send us an email with photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging it came in to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Conditions of return:
I do accept returns on a case to case basis. Please reach out to me by email. If a return is accepted, the it is up to the customer to ship back the product in the same packaging and protection it arrived in. The customer is also responsible for covering return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I do not accept cancellations on made to order items

The following items can not be returned.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
