What can I expect? 

You can expect receiving a completely unique piece that is slow made with a lot of passion and love! All of my products are handmade using a variety of mediums such as epoxy resin, Jesmonite, plaster, wood, metal, etc. Due to the nature of some of the materials, you can expect to see signs that it is a handmade item such as small air bubbles, texture, subtle color or pattern differences from one product to the next. 

Some of these characteristics are unavoidable during the handmade process but it makes each product truly unique! Everything is slow made in small batches to make sure it is high quality and completely one of kind! 

How often do you restock? is restocked at least once a month with brand new collections! You can also shop our signature products at anytime which has all of my best sellers! Stay updated on my instagram or subscribe to my newsletter so you don't miss out on any shop restock announcements!

Do you Ship Worldwide?

Yes! Shipping cost are based by weight and distanced travelled. NotSo is located in North Carolina and shipping is automatically calculated by USPS. I do not make any profit from shipping cost. 

Can I combine multiple orders made the same day?

Yes!  Please email me immediately after placing your order at Please include your name + all of the order numbers you would like to combine. If I am able to combine them and if there is any extra shipping cost, I will automatically refund it back to your payment method. 

When can I expect to receive my order? 

Every product will have its estimated processing time listed in the description. In general, "Ready to Ship" items 5 Business days; "Made to Order" Items 1-3 Weeks; and "Pre-Order" items at least 3 weeks! 

if you have any questions, please reference the listing first. Your order will ship out as soon as all items are made. Which means if you have a "ready to ship" product AND a "Pre Order" product both will ship out when the Pre Order is ready, for example.

Will I know when my order ships?

Absolutely! You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Also you can download the "Shop" app by Shopify which allows for easy tracking!

Can I change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, please email the updated address to ASAP. Please include your name + order number. 

Once the order has been shipped, I can no longer change the address and am no longer responsible if your order does not arrive to you. You will need to contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.

Do you offer wholesale?

I am currently offer wholesale on a case to case basis. Please email me at if your interested in order several of a certain product for your store.
